I don't know about you, but I'm a sucker for delicious dips. From the perfect spicy salsa with tortilla chips to creamy spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips, dips are an ideal addition to any tailgate party, business meeting or just a movie night in with the girls. Although dips provide an appetizing sensation for our hunger cravings, most contain a lot of high fat contents that aren't particularly nice to our bellies. And once we start dipping, it's pretty hard to stop until it's all gone. But, as always, Weight Watchers come to the rescue for all of us health-crazed junkies who love food, but on a healthy budget. Here are a few yummy, but healthy dip recipes, courtesy of WeightWatchers.com, to serve at your next gathering.
